The hotel was conveniently located, close to central Seoul station and within walking distance to shopping districts. The metro station was also nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and the shower was warm and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were polite and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The hotel also had great facilities, including an indoor pool and jacuzzi.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, as there were issues with the sewer in the shower, causing water to be everywhere after taking a shower.

The rooms were huge, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen, although slightly small, was manageable and had all the necessities. The living room was also large and well-equipped. The housekeeping staff was prompt and accommodating. The location was excellent, with coffee shops and a convenient store nearby. The hotel was conveniently located near an airport bus stop and a bus stop that could take us to all the major tourist attractions in the city.

The staff here are exceptional and provided service from the heart, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The on-site facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa, were top-notch and added to the overall luxurious experience.

We had a fantastic stay here! This place is perfect for those who love to explore the city, as it is located in the center of everything, with good connections to public transport, allowing us to visit places like the Myeongdong market with ease.
